 Refund Policy – Crestwear.pk

At CrestWear.pk, we aim to ensure complete customer satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not fully satisfied with your order, we offer a clear and fair refund policy under the conditions outlined below.

 


 

1. Eligibility for Refund

Refunds are only applicable in the following cases:

  • You received a damaged or defective product

  • You received the wrong item or size due to our mistake

  • The product is significantly different from what was described

To be eligible, you must report the issue within 3 days of receiving your order.

 


 

2. Conditions for Refund

To qualify for a refund, the product must:

  • Be unused and unworn

  • Be in original packaging with all tags intact

  • Be returned in the same condition as received

Any item that does not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund.

 


 

3. Non-Refundable Cases

We do not offer refunds in the following situations:

  • Change of mind after purchase

  • Incorrect size selected by the customer (exchange may apply instead)

  • Sale or discounted items (unless defective)

  • Items damaged due to misuse or normal wear and tear

 


 

4. Refund Process

Once your refund request is approved:

  • You will be asked to return the item for inspection

  • After verification, the refund will be processed within 5–10 working days

  • Refunds will be issued through the original payment method or as store credit (depending on the case)

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error is from our side.
